"or it's falling into a never-ending death spiral of sequel-heavy, rehashed, franchise dominated blocks of stinking cheese"
When it gets right down to it, what is more important, the game play itself, or whether or the fact that the guys you are shooting look like Klingons or totally "original" aliens in an original universe? Does the name of the universe and what the other characters look like really matter in comparison to designing a game that plays well?
"Systematic propagation" means something specific"
What does it take to be "systematic"? Perhaps just by saying something twice. I am glossing over nothing. Time and time again, the term "propaganda" is used to mean nothing more than something someone says that someone does not like, and perhaps would see censored.
I recently was in a long discussion in which my opponent demanded that the government censor media outlets that express what he termed to be "propaganda". He only reserved this term for arguments and opinions that he did not like. Arguments that are identical in factuality, tone, and other aspects, but were different in political content he called "reasoned arguments.".
It is certainly relevant to mention the browser that is used the overwhelming majority of the time if you are talking about browsers, even if it is just to mention that it is not affected.
"the systematic propagation of a doctrine or cause or of information reflecting the views and interests of those advocating such a doctrine or cause,"
This can apply to any time anyone says anything. However, in practice, the word "propaganda" is only used when someone does not like being said. It is similar to "rhetoric" in this regard.
"Propaganda" being anything someone says that you do not like.
Mentioning IE is quite relevant. My first thought on reading such a thing is its status in regards to MSIE. Also, in case you have not heard before, MSIE has a reputation for being subject to such exploits in the past.
I tried for quite some time to get that to recognize a standard multi-button USB joystick (one that no other games have a problem with), and when I finally got it going, it never worked well: it assigned motions/clicks to the wrong keys and for some of them it would not let me change them.
The manual said to go to a help file for problems, but such a file was not found in the set of disks.
Could Wikinerd or Cliff post an example of how these appear in Wikinerd's blog? I have a guestbook myself that gets filled with things that say "great site" from some dumb address like cara@aol.com, and then it is filled with a bunch of keyword HTML links to randomly-generated.info sites (5544f45.info, etc) that all go to one of those useless spammy search engines.
The consumers do have a say: radio is very heavily ratings-driven.

But, since the "Lord of the Rings" are just another franchise, I guess they are crappy too, right? Same with "Godfather", too.
That's about it, especially when they blow their stack like Dean did.
But at least Bush, unlike Dean, knows better than to give a political speech during a full moon.
It is pretty clear that it meets your definition of "propaganda" because you did not like what they said.
A troll dem is a Democratic Party troll, like like this hot-head. You probably mean to say trolldom
It would still be incorrect. The Shmoo Group is one group, so it should read "Schmoo Group FINDS...."

This works untiol SCO shows up and claims ownership of the lentils found in every bowl served, and demands that each soup-eater pay them $699.

This would only be a problem if everyone RTFA. However, as that is rarely a problem, there is nothing to worry about.
Didn't this come from the book of "Roman God Pickup Lines" ?
That is why the tie-in joke parent specified RESTAURANT, not GAME.
"Would you like extra frylocke with that Meatwad? Do you want the meatwad rare, extra-rare, or dripping pink and still bleating?"
