    May be it is the motivation that drives you while testing. While the optimal motivation IMO should be "I wanna clean up the code, find and fix potential and actual bugs", I can observe many developers (and don't wanna exclude me) which assume, that anything is corrent.

    In our minds, we should look for mistakes, simply imagine we were engeneers building bridges...

    I agree that size does make the company more ineffecitive.
    But I think that the gap between marketing/sales on the one hand and development/techs on the other hand also produces statements like the aboves (don't mean to insult sales or marketing people here)


    Many times I've experienced examples proving that each department had its own "view" on the facts, and this also in small companies. We do not know enough from each other's departments to decide what's important and what not.

    I do not want to reply on anything you said. I am more than sad, that in reaction to such violent massacre, that many people are discussing here, some cowards still try to built up that kind of violent, unreflected, aggressive mindset, that might lead lots of people on a way of blood.
    With every word I write and that can be read by a lot of people, I have a responibility.
    I understand that many people may have aggressions these days, but I ask all of you not to create more aggression.
