The original argument was that the absence of Europe would hurt the US economy, and that still stands. Bang on about Canada as much as you want, but that is just your way of avoiding the original argument.
Okay, I'm the tool. I mistook you for someone else with a different posting history -- please accept my apologies. I now see (or at least hope) that the Magritte thing was a joke.
Reading your recent posts, I have reached the conclusion that you are a tool. So even if Magritte was French, how would that make him responsible for the recent unpleasantness between the French and US governments? Guilty by nationality? How long has Magritte been dead now? Idiot.
I'm in St. Louis. I work for a US company, pay US taxes, am married to an American. So when I say "our" I mean the US. Now, back to the point in question. If you were to add up the volume of trade the US conducts with the 15 current EU member states, I'd be willing to bet that it exceeds the amount of trade conducted with Canada. If not, it would come very close. In any case, the POINT of the original post was that the US economy would be hurt by no trade with the EU (and vice versa). Why do I even bother? Troll.
we already have America by the balls since we control all its software and customer service
Wow, you must have a real tight grip there, Tarun the "Great" -- that'd be why your country is dirt poor and you couldn't hack life in the west. You really have America by the nuts, don't you. Twit.
You're an arrogant little fucker, ain't ya? You're so obviously suprised and pissed off that the good old USA didn't welcome you with open arms. I faced equally hostile INS officers when I applied for a visa, and my wife is from here. It's called security. And I think recent events have proven that the US could make it even more difficult for you and me both and still be quite justified in doing so.
Get a clue, you annoying little twit, it has nothing to do with being brown-skinned or Indian. I'm white, European and a native English speaker who faced similar feelings and questions when I moved here. Difference is, I didn't go running home crying, I took the time to give decent answers.
Do you honestly think that if I moved to India I wouldn't have faced a smiliar number of idiotic people asking inane questions? And China might not be a democracy but it passed India out a long time ago in terms of wealth.
I think you are the cause of your problems with your shitty, hostile little attitude. Glad you left. Stay there. You are exactly the kind of arrogant, whiny little fuck who gives decent Indians (the majority) a bad rap over here.
Search the net. The iBook dual-USB HDD replacement requires the removal of the upper and lower portions of the case, the removal of the keyboard, a couple of large pieces of RF shielding, etc. etc. This ain't no Dell or Gateway laptop we're talking about. Considering I have never actually taken apart a laptop and reassembled it before, I was quite pleased with 2 hours.
I replaced the 4200rpm, 20GB drive in my 2-yr old iBook with a 60GB 5400rpm drive this past weekend. Took about two hours all told. Definitely not easy, but not hard either -- just a bit tedious.
Ah, a project "manager" who says it "seems" to be going well. Isn't it your job to know if it is or is not? You'll be outsourced next, I'd say. Or just plain fired, since you don't "seem" to have a very good handle on the state of your project.
But SWT isn't part of the SDK... so you shouldn't have to touch the SDK itself, right? Did you mean "hack the SWT package"?
The English language is fairly standardized too, yet you insist on using "propreity" [sic] spelling.

Yeah, the Irish took it seriously, sure... we put forward a bunch of annoying talentless idiots too, don't blame us that they won.

You're obviously trolling but our economy would notice, for one -- the European Union being our largest trading partner.
There's another joke called "name a famous Belgian", the joke being that most people can't. And yes, I know, Rene Magritte, would be just one of many.
"CompSci & Bible Major"
Nothing wrong with it and certainly no offense intended, but only in America...
Your blog is entertaining. Been there (Irish in Frankfurt, Paris, etc., and now the States) and you capture the feeling well. Good luck in London!
And an even bigger shithole it is now that you're back there.

idiotic... question... EVER. Guilt over which OS I use? What are you, a big fucking nerd?

If they were white-trash [sic], then they wouldn't have been in college. Tarun the Great ain't so great at English it seems.
Ceci n'est pas une reponse. ;-)
It sounds like an abbreviation of "Economic Crime"... is that the case?
It's the abbreviation for NOrwegian Kroner, Kroner being "Crowns".

Move to Ireland, my Portugese friend, or the UK -- you will make much more and it's cheap to commute to Portugal each weekend.
Thank your politicians, idiot.
Slashdot, high repute? That's really, really funny!
