    He has a point, with the advent of charging for total data moved, not just bandwidth, we can now sue spammers for DIRECT MONITERY LOSSES. That rocks. Sucks if they are offshore though.

    WHat about Mac support? I am sure those with email servers using the Xserve line (however illogical) would want a product like this. Also, what about ways to differentiate legit newsletter mailings and spam? This has been a huge problem. Yahoo still dumps mail from my account into that Bulk folder that shouldn't be there.

    Also, I want to know the technical details.
    Anyone with links?
    It would be nice to know how this actually works. P2P spam wars??

    excuse ascii art please. Now, the peak of the curve is about at King Tuts reign. The latter part can be seen in Abussir (spelling?) and other later tombs, especially the hastly constructed ones around the time of roman interaction. The early part of the bell curve is represented by this find and many early specimans, many of which just don't exist. It took centuries for the Eqyptians to discover all the techniques, i.e. which vital organs to remove, what clay compound to embalm and fill with, what chemicals...etc. This is what makes this find truly amazing.

    If you insist on working on a computer, save the components, use a static band. If you are working around an exposed CRT, gloves might be in good order, along with insulated tools. If you have the electronics knowledge, discharge the capacitors too.

    Bush wants to dump something that has been PROVEN to work in favor of a theory? Besides, industrial pollution is the SOURCE of the problem, so why not just fix that? Its like fixing a security hole by tking all valuable files off the server, instead of just patching the hole.

    You, if they have the money, could move everyones files over to network drives, and lock them out of their computers hard drives. Just use the individual drives for the OS

    BUT, you didn't buy the product. The only thing you OWN is the media on which the product is carried. You also rented use of the software. rent agreements, as in real-estate are often non-transferable, nor is sub-letting allowed.

    Setting aside the urege to bash Microsoft, lemme ponder a few things:

    Will these eventually be rolled into thousand dollar developer packages, or will they stay free?

    What security holes will be found in them?

    How compatible are these tools with GPL tools?

    If the answers are favorible, I might start using a microsoft product after a long, long hiatus

    almost all of the injuries listed in the article were caused by SHEER STUPIDITY. Why are people so stupid?

    The amount of people dead, as a percent of the amount of people riding the coasters makes them far safer then MANY other activities. Less chance injuring yourself on a coaster then driving, sex, and owning a gun.

    G force limits: as stated above, it is the amount of instintanious Gs at a given point. 4 Gs is survivable easily, but not when Fred experiances 4 Gs in .25 seconds will kill you. I hope the jersey law takes this into consideration.

    ok, we all realise that ICANN needs to be changed, but the US government? HELL NO. It would make things worse. Instead ICANN should be revised into a democratic body of some sort. It would be difficult to set up, but necciasary. The ISPs, internet users, and buisnesses would all have to be fairly represented. Any ideas?

    The US government should not control ICANN, it would be dumped into the FCC and regulated to hell. The internet would become even more difficult to use. Its already hard enough to start a small local ISP, what else will this screw up?

    Stationary wings as seen on gliders, for soaring, do in fact glide. BUT, a bird creates its own lift, ergo, it flies. Birds don't rely on thermals to gain altitude like a soaring pilot must, after the initial tow.
