    TD Canada Trust uses two combo boxes to ask for two letters from your password, and the keyboard cannot be used to select a letter - it only works with mouse clicks. That would defeat a simple keylogger, wouldn't it?

    Which is reason enough, if you're going to worry about terrorism to the extent that the PATRIOT act exists. Not all extreme-Islam terrorists are citizens of a middle-east country. Some are home grown.

    Getting voting results within a few hours of a paper ballot is not that hard. British General Elections manage to declare >90% of constituencies by the time the population wakes up the following day.

    Why would you introduce added possibilities for fraud so that you can get results in minutes rather than hours? Is democracy taking second place to instant gratification now?

    I've watched TV all over the world - Japan, South Africa, mainland Europe, North America and in the UK.

    I live in Canada, and I would say that the BBC is the best in the world. By far.

    The words are not patented. Nor are their styled likenesses, though the likenesses are Trade Marked wrt the FIFA World Cup. There's a difference. I suggest you read up on the difference between copyrights, trade marks and patents.

    As for colours, pantones have been protected since their creation in the '60s. Nothing new there.

    I don't see a problem with some of those.

    If you're power-tooling your new deck before 7am, then your neighbours will happily staple your scrotum to your ass.

    After 5 minutes of alarm ringing, a crook could be 5km away. If no-ones called the cops in those 5 minutes, too bad. After 5 minutes of WHOOP-WHOOP, please - SHUT THE FUCKING THING UP.

    I agree the "no vehicle repairs on stat holidays" is stupid though.
