    What we've done in America is akin to installing Norton Antivirus to fight our terrorist viruses.
    Sure, it helps fight it.. but it bogs the damned system down so much that it's now a giant antivirus scanning machine, and that's about it....

    Most people can't seem to fathom the concept that government structure, and national law structure are two different entities.
    The only thing that was trying to be avoided back then was having a king/queen. Other than that, it was 'life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness'.
    Somehow that's been perverted into government regulated capitalism hybrid with a hint of socialism.

    Wikileaks is by no means anything like the New York Times in the Pentagon Papers incident.
    Wikileaks by very nature is a childish group of people who think that they are "giving it to the mannn mannnn".

    Even *WE* are wondering what the hell this is going to change... think about that.

    Eh... the problem with Wikileaks is it's like dumping a ton of documents saying that someone called someone a name, while maybe 2 or 3 of the documents are gold.
    The signal to noise ratio is through the roof.

    Actually the Freedom Of Information Act is only good for minimal amounts of things. It at least let's us know why we were fucked in such a way, when we're suffering.

    The main reason companies prefer non-cash is because once they have it, it can't be stolen when robbed or sucked out of the register.
    In Mexico, it's just a theft & corruption issue, all together. Bad comparison.

    Again, if it changes hands without a reader/tracer, it's not traced.
    Swap whatever your thinking about into a dark alley drug trade. When it's used at a business, probably. When it's used to pay a private debt, It's not trackable. Not in 2010, at least. I'm sure in the future technology will come when there will be a microscopic implant in the money that is satellite trackable, and slashdot will have articles about people wrapping money in tin-foil, though.

    In a perfect world, probable cause is necessary. However just to stop something from happening, there are actions taken that there are known future consequences for. After all, if you've stopped something from happening, what does it matter if your wrist is slapped?

    Free to use said certificate for debts, public and private. It's a step away from using gold/silver. It's also not traceable. You can buy someone subversive to your government with physical money.

    You know what money is, right?

    The reason is because said pesticides and such, when introduced into the body, are scientifically found to be catalysts and/or queuing mechanisms for issues physically.
    Say what you will, but the whole "life through chemicals" thing only existed for about 100-150 years, when it comes to food. Everything else being inundated with chemicals wasn't until the 1930's/1940's.

    If it's certified organic, it's not just a word anymore than FDA approved. Bad example I guess, but you get the jist :)

    Please don't sound like my dad... which is pretty bad since I'm 36 lol

    Thats ALL it is... news shows.
    Even an anchorman is doing a news show. It's not just a ticker on the bottom and a black screen.

    Honestly, I can't stand the channel. It incites anger in those that know what happens through other means. (video, being there, etc) Along with the wagging of the finger they constantly do. (metaphorically)
