    Surely someone will throw it in one of the financial reform bills headed our way. Or, like you say, they will throw it in a TSA/DHS bill.

    Gaming is not gambling. I've had better luck playing Texas Hold'em than I've had playing the NYSE/NASDAQ. In Hold'em, you have a fair idea of what is going on. With the stock market, well...
    it is just whack. If anyone wants to outlaw something it should be a whack market.

    Third (and most important, perhaps), he should likely have been aware that on a Macbook the drive is a user-replaceable part. Unlike some PowerBooks which require almost total disassembly.

    in order to restore service and they were still working on
    filling it out.

    I should probably explain further. My approach would be to generate the basic street layouts, buildings, and maybe even internal floor & room layouts procedurally, say in a Maya/Max plugin. This would act as the basis for artists/designers to then tweak and adjust to produce something good, hopefully in a fraction of the time.

    reported that the man's name is John Lockewood
    (Lockwood/Lokwood?), not John Underwood.

    If the guy was stupid enough to believe Chipzilla's
    hype and buy a P4, then he deserves what he gets.
