    I agree. It's kind of like how this one company (i forget which) started licensing the atari brand name for playstation games a couple years ago (like splashdown ;( ). They were just probally targeting the older audience that remebers the days the atari 2600 ruled the video game market. .... all it is, is a label.

    it's not like the beastie boys even know whats going on with this whole thing, the record label most likely told them "this is how it's going to be", "this is what to tell the public about it". Yes their music is great but they're musicians not programmers or software engineers. duh, i guess ;-P

    as phone camera recording devices get more compact and small, the less this bill would have an effect on the general public that goes out to see movies. hell, i've even taken my sony clie ux-50 to a movie to record part of it just for the hell of doing it. it's not going to change much for the most part ;-P

    since were having fun with definiations now.....

    Scripting languages are lightweight, easy-to-learn programming langauges which let you glue stuff together in novel and innovating ways without getting bogged down in the Turing Tarpit. Good examples are Perl, Tcl, Python and UserTalk.

    thats strange. but anyways, for the users who have a gmail account: i've been leaving my gmail inbox browser window open for long periods of time and i've noticed that that google bot keeps hitting my website frequently. This is aparently how they measure how long and frequetly they measure how often you use your account, and such. And, that in turn determines how often you get offered invites to be given away. look at my stats page here and notice how many bot hits i get from google. coincidence? i think not... ;-P
