    Sheesh, i would prefer if they just got rid of the X on the tab? I inadvertently close tabs I have open because there is an X on each tab. Get rid of it. I will do a Ctl+w if I am done, or just close the entire browser. The X i feel eats up real estate, and is an annoyance.

    Old CRTs had burn in because they were steadily being zapped with electricity, how does an LCD have burn in? I can't seem to figure it out. They need a diferent term. Since it is a retina display, how about glacouma?

    I see the government pay for roadways, which are used heavly for commernce. The library is less so. Internet is heavily used for commerce, like that of the roadways, but also knowledge and entertainmnet.
    I guess compared to roads, they can be used for commerce, lesuire, and military. so they may be more simila than not.

    It is a little different because it is for knowledge, commerce, and entertainmnet.
    But it seems like a gevernment service that should provide for a populace to thrive.

    This is just Apple Marketing their product. Leaving a phone in a bar leads to good copy. Their lame upgrade to their own product, now has some sizzle, that adds value to the marketing of the product. Now the 4g is compelling, when before it was just an upgrade. Selling us the same product again and again, boy that sounds like M$.

    I can't wait for facebook to release their own OS next, based on dreamcast
    No actually this is cool, this is just what everyone has been expecting and hoped for.
    Will chrome be the default browser? Will it be installed on the OS by default.
    Do technology issues recur every 20 years?
    Cell Phone OS's = 80's desktops
    Google OS = Microsoft in the 90's

    agreed
    they will have gouge themselves by purchasing their own hardware
    around 0.87 cents per FLOP compared to MS and GOOG 0.05 cents per FLOP

    but it will be the prettiest data center around. Glass Racks, and translucent data cables connecting everything.

    Appalachian are a lot older than those spry rockies mid continent. I believe they surpassed the heights of the rockies before the glacier took them out. They were mountains while the rockies were foothills.
