I don't think it has anything to do with cell phones or technology. These people would be stupid without their cell phones. Due to the mobility of the cell phone, they just get to be stupid in public.
Remember, in a large normally distributed sample, the average becomes the median. Therefore, it isn't surprising that half the population of the world has a below average IQ.
Indian elephants are larger than African ones. There is one herd in India that has individual animals that are notoriously huge. Mammoths are much larger than elephants. To get an elephant to carry a mammoth/elephant mix, you'd need the largest womb you could find.
BTW, there were a couple of specials on the Discovery Channel that talked about this very subject.
Javascript sucks and it should be avoided like the plague. I hate visiting websites with stupid cutsey popups and mouseovers.
Seems a lot of websites try to de-emphasize their hideous design flaws and lack of content with Javascript that reminds me of cheap parlor tricks.
The worst thing is that it's buggy and half the sites that use it don't know how to use it correctly, so I get a Javascript error in my browser and the rest of their crappy site doesn't even work.
Their brain-dead online account services web application only allows Internet Exploder and older versions of Netscrape.
The only way we can get these idiots to support browsers other than Micro$oft's virus-friendly browsers is to not use their services and swamp them with complaint email.
