John Madden, Al Michaels, and guess who... Chris Berman doing the halftime and postgame. That's what I believe they will try to sell out of the gates. I sure hope hope they work on gameplay and introducing new features as well in Madden. That was the beauty of having competition in the market, you could look at the competitor and think, "How do we top that?"
I sure hope we do not have stale games with roster updates and better graphics.
Slackware is easy as 1-2-3 to install and takes about 20 minutes to complete.
You say it supports obsolete ext/2 fs? I beg to differ, supports all of the filesystems that the 2.4.x supports. READ THE README for more information. Or do you ignore documentation?
You say you have to edit at least 2000 files? I also beg to differ. You don't have to edit a thing, but I suggest you edit a handful of the rc files to make sure you aren't loading a ton of unneccasary modules and services.
Finally recompiling your kernel is a good idea. Or do you also ignore meaningless tasks like that?
Doing all of the above is done in all distro's for any person that runs linux or is interested in running a tight ship for their favorite distro.
As far are your *hints* go I got one for you. Read documentation and get a clue before you attempt to bash something you have no idea about.
Believe me, you won't sound as simple as you really are.
never use a.0x series to begin with if you are using it for production.

I totally agree with you. It is such a pain to download and compile all of those programs. Even with my scaled down version of it, it still takes a LONG time.

Well said, everyone should take his opinion under consideration
Are you joking?

Gotta love how simpletons like to bash people they don't even know. I'm glad slashdot allows 6 year old children post here.
I can't believe this actually made front page news. I guess what's trash to one person is gold to another.
I use weblogs much like slashdot because you can secure it via your web server and people can create accounts and the input can be moderated.
Not to mention that searching is nice and easy, and for new employees they can pick up on it very quickly.

Totally agree ... PostNuke rocks and seems to be well on it's way to becoming one of, if not the best CMS around.
I also like the fact that Postgresql is now supported 100%
If you like Perl and want to stay away from PHP try Scoop. Much, much much better.
