So everyone here has the right to take turns shoving a glowing hot fire poker up your ass?

No, because there are specific laws against that, moron. However if there were no laws against torture and inflicting harm on people, then yes.

The constitution doesn't grant you a right to use your cell phone

You're right. You know why? Because governments cannot grant rights. You are born with the right to absolutely anything you can imagine. The only thing any law can do is TAKE RIGHTS AWAY. The constitution doesn't have you grant you any right.

  10. 3) Patient does not have illness, the test result is positive: False Positive (Since the test turns out positive and that is false, the patient is not sick)

Patient does not have pancreatic cancer. Algorithm thought he had it. False positive Seriously what the heck are you talking about? I know what a false positive is. You, apparently, don't - even if you can quote the conditions back to me you can't apply them.

  11. This only means that one in 10,000 turned out to have pancreatic cancer without querying for the symptoms. That is what false positive means. I am pretty sure they didn't follow up on every single patient and rule out say acute diarrhea.

  12. And these non medically trained researchers are sure that these symptoms are specific to pancreatic cancer because after all abdominal pain, weight loss and vomiting could hardly be anything else right?

That's the theory. Haven't you noticed that Democracy is broken? Besides, things like the PATRIOT act were a) never part of an election platform and b) received overwhelming BIPARTISAN support. So that theory of yours...

    Why? Why?

Because they have one boiler-plate contract which they copy-paste for all their distribution agreements, they paid a lawyer $30 for it in 1920, and as everyone knows that Hollywood is run by jews they aren't going to pay another lawyer to make new contracts.
