opera is ok, but overrated. first of all, i find it more prone to trojans et al than even IE. I hear that opera is widely used in Russia, where its got like 30% market share. Them Russkies with they script kiddies and what not! Overall, I have to say, I use opera solely thanks to a single function: keyboard navigation. Why Opera continues to be the only browser that I know of that has this basic shift+up/down/left/right navigation is beyond me. Don't other people hate mice like i do? Don't other people use computers from the couch, as I do? And don't they hate (just absolutely HATE!) having to mouse around web pages? W. firefox, you have the option of "searching as you type" so if you want to get to a link thats 80% down, 75% to the right on your page you can start typing a UNIQUE key combination and your cursor will move there. But thats ANNOYING! especially if the link you want is called "link i want": which contains common words, so Firefox must cycle thru each instance of the key combo before it takes you to the one you want. Seriouly tho, wtf is up with that!? Why is Opera the only browser that allows you to interact with a webpage via the keyboard effectively? All others have you go *in order* ! In all honesty, if anyone could point out another browser that has this function of navigating within pages effectively with keyboard, lemme know. Cause Opera sux. It craches. and uses up much much memory.
