Does anyone know of an automated ftp backup utility, free or commercial? something where you can specify the files or directories you want backed up and the destination ftp server, possibly supporting compression and/or file restore capabilities??
Undoubtedly. Nothing else could handle the complexity without becoming unstable.

But who voted for them? They may be stealing it, but it is the older generation (more prone to voting) who are getting rich, and the upcoming generation has to pay for it. Sad but true.

I don't know about elsewhere, but in Canada, the baby boomers got $1 in services for every 70 cents in tax, whereas people now get about 70 cents in services for every dollar in tax (approximate #'s, can't remember exactly).
I'm not sure about this, but I suspect Australia probably does have greater population density than the US, if you consider land area that actually has a signifigant amount of people on it. As far as the economics of cell phone coverage goes, you can't really include the middle and probably many other parts of Australia as there are next to no people living there. Or am i wrong?
