Sure. Put different fruits in your mouth at the same time, that works. It's called 'fruit salad'. A knife to cut them up costs a few bucks, not $400 for some meme appliance that actually makes your poorer and less healthy overall.;-)
Some people do not enjoy the taste of all fruits/veggies.
Well, I'm not going to soft-pedal this at all: They need to LEARN TO LIKE them. Humans are omnivores; we need to eat all different things in order to be healthy. People need to stop looking at food as merely something they put in their mouths because they enjoy it, and start looking at it more like medicine they need to take daily in order to be healthy; being sick all the time or having chronic diseases is a low quality of life. People need to get away from everything having to be SWEET, SWEET, SWEET all the time. Once they get past that they'll find they like unprocessed (or less processed) foods much better. Or, if they still don't, then tough! Eat vegetables and fruits anyway, they're good for you. Same goes for exercise; if you like it, great, bonus points for you. If you don't, tough! Do it anyway. Of course all this I'm saying is about as unpopular as things to say can get, but that's just tough all around for some people, too, so far as I'm concerned. For decades and decades they've tried to persuade people to eat a reasonably healthy diet and get a reasonable amount of exercise every week, and they just won't do it, and we (Americans, and first-world countries in general) are fatter and unhealthier than ever, so I think it's time to get tough about it.
Oh, I dunno, I take a 3-ounce baggie of baby carrots to work with me every day, steam them in the microwave, and eat them with my lunch. Pretty good, actually.
Four apples a day every day? You'd probably end up seeing a gastroenterologist, trying to figure out why it is you spend half your day sitting on the toilet.
Maybe he hasn't appointed a task force to look into Russian hacking because he can't find anyone who can lie convincingly about the subject to actually fool anyone?
Meanwhile there's an ongoing independent investigation into possible Russian tampering with the November election. Oh, and by the way: Russian has also been tampering with elections in other countries, too, and Russia appears to be where much of the cyber-hacking in the world originates from. Not like this idea came out of nowhere.
Worst case scenario: Trump and/or his staff are discovered to have been complicit in tampering with the election, and the election is declared null-and-void, Trump is removed from office. Where, then, do we go from there? Is Pence then installed as President, or is he tossed out on his ear, along with the rest of the Trump Cabinet? If this were a TV show, that'd be damned interesting to watch, but here in the Real World, I can't see it as anything other than a complete disaster for the United States. The last thing we need in this country right now, considering the socio-political climate of the entire planet, is a power-vacuum. However if that's what the conclusion of the investigation revealed, what else could we do?
It's just bad all around. None of this should have happened. Trump never had any business being elected President. Hillary Clinton should never have been the Democratic candidate. Vladimir Putin should never have been allowed to rise to power in Russia. North Korea. China. Islamic State. It's just bad all over, none of it is funny, not before, not now, and in the end everybody loses in one way or another. Many Conservatives who voted for Trump are now regretting it, seeing what it is they've bought into. There is now a greater chance of getting into an armed conflict with North Korea, and Kim Jong Un is batshit-insane and would use a nuke if you poked him enough. The world is painting itself into a corner and I don't know how or if we'll manage to fix all this.
Anyone want to take a shot at guessing how many more years the Communist Chinese government will stay in power, at the rate things are going? The Internet is Pandoras Box with regard to China, and just like that they can't close it now that it's open. Or are they really willing to start jailing or killing their own people en-masse just to keep a grip on things?
Yeah. Satiety has at least as much to do with the act of eating something, how long it takes, how much effort it takes, etc, as it does with the food itself. Also it takes time for your brain to register satiety.
Too many people fall for the 'jucing' meme every year, which is why shitty companies keep producing them. You want to eat healthier and be healthier? Eat whole fruits and vegetables instead. Goal attained, and you saved hundreds of dollars in the process. You're welcome.
You answered my question before I even asked it: 'Why do you need an App to use wireless headphones?' You don't. You shouldn't ever, either.
How fucked-up is this world, where you can't even get wireless headphones without the gods-be-damned manufacturer invading your privacy and selling your personally-identifiable information for profit?
I've heard that, much like other malware, it's got umpteen ways to 'phone home', and it's like an endless game of whack-a-mole trying to keep it from doing so.
No matter. Job forced (literally!) Win10 on my work computer, and I've 'sanitized' it as much as I possibly can, but I'm still on XP at home, and the Sandybridge system sitting on a phone book next to that has Linux Mint on it. Switch over as soon as I get the kinks worked out of it.
I'm half convinced that money is only part of what they're after. Windows 10 gives them more or less complete control over the computer; they can use your computer for whatever they want, and you have no say about it unless you yank the plug out of the wall or wipe the drive and install something else.
Here's a pro-tip for you, Mister Paid Shill: More dummies might actually be taken in by your blatant shilling if you use an actual logged-in account to shill, instead of posting as an AC. Also, this whole story is blatant clickbait.
I think Google is rather evil, but regardless of that, does anyone really give a damn whether 'CelebrityNetWorth.com' lives or dies? Sounds like a pointless waste of bandwidth to me. If Google's policies and search 'features' are hurting sites on the WWW that actually contribute in a positive way to society and/or humanity in general then something ought to be done, but something like this? Don't really care so much.
30 is too young to die. You're just barely done developing mentally by 30. The vast majority of people don't even get their acts together by 40, let alone 30. I'm past that point and I'm just at the point where I've got a number of things figured out and have developed the internal discipline to make them work.
In another 5 years or so they'll improve us a great deal.
Yeah. Last week I was reading about a new substance they discovered, that when given to mice, at least, seemed to 'clean up' their chromosomes, fixing errors. Also read about another substance someone else found that appears to provoke a 'garbage collection' within organs and cells, killing off the old/weak/damaged ones, sweeping them out, and clearing the way for new, young, fully-functional cells. If they come up with a treatment using things like that, and I can roll back the calendar to being in my 30's when I'm in my 70's or 80's, then great! I race bikes, and would love to keep doing it. However if 'ageism' is still a thing, or is worse than now, and nobody will give you a job? Then what's the point? Or, worse, everyone is as healthy an vital as a 30 year old, so there's a huge surplus of viable workforce, and nobody us getting paid much to do anything.
I don't want to live to be 100 or 120, I only want to live as long as I can take care of myself, earn a living, and still be enjoying living. Anything beyond that seems pointless to me. The last thing I want is to either be a burden on someone else, or be in essence prisoner in some 'care facility' that I can't escape from because I can't take care of myself anymore.;-) Quality of life is more important than quantity of life. Hanging on to life just for it's own sake is pathetic so far as I'm concerned.
If the likes of Google, and especially Facebook, would not only still be around but 'bigger than ever', then I'm glad I'll be long since dead by that point, since that sounds like a pretty shitty world to have to live in.
Personally I think he's mostly full of crap. Apple may still be around in 60 years, but Google and Facebook? LOL, no, especially not any sort of so-called 'social media' nonsense. I think 'social media' is just a fad that'll eventually pass, or at the very least the face of it will change enough that monstrosities like Facebook will go the way of it's predecessors. People are already showing signs of getting tired of this whole 'sharing everything' nonsense, and there are small sparks here and there I see of privacy being valued again, especially in the face of there being more and more intrusions into it that people just can't ignore anymore.
I keep expecting Microsoft to foist upon us something like an entirely cloud-based computer, that requires a broadband connection just to boot up because there's no OS or even any real local storage device on the thing, everything is on their servers. Then they'd have 100% control and you'd literally have zero control, which seems to be the direction they're going. It's like they want to go back to the Mainframe days, where your local device was just a dumb terminal with zero computing power of it's own, and the Mainframe did everything.
I of course would never go for any of that, and I'd hope that most people would likewise draw the line well before that point, too.
You people think you're going to have self driving cars in a few years that you can take a nap in on your way to and from work? Think again. This 'technology' is not going to be ready for real world use anytime soon. Stop drinking the 'self driving car' kool-aid, stop believing media hype, and go learn to drive properly and safely, you'll be doing it for quite some time to come, maybe the rest of your natural lives. Get used to it.

Why should I have to do that? Seriously, how hard is it to design in a decent, usable keyboard? Bugger off.
Yeah. Satiety has at least as much to do with the act of eating something, how long it takes, how much effort it takes, etc, as it does with the food itself. Also it takes time for your brain to register satiety.
'Jucers'
I'd like to take a moment to express how much I HATE, HATE HATE the keyboard on this gods-be-damned Lenovo notebook they stuck me with at my job. :-(
Too many people fall for the 'jucing' meme every year, which is why shitty companies keep producing them. You want to eat healthier and be healthier? Eat whole fruits and vegetables instead. Goal attained, and you saved hundreds of dollars in the process. You're welcome.

..no, they just want to put a gun to everyone's heads and force them to use Windows 10. Really, they do.
Meanwhile a few of us will continue babying along Windows XP until we can get Linux running. Microsoft can go pound sand, I'm not playing anymore.
This whole so-called 'news story' about Google is blatant clickbait. How much are they paying you to post this, Slashdot?
