The scariest thing about Iran is that they're a theocracy hell bent on breeding fundamentalists. The murky water surrounding Iran's nuclear interests is also hinting towards being a very real threat linkage.
I personally believe that if anyone needed to be invaded or at least occupied in some way, it should have been Iran. Not that I condone that kind of action without a lot of rationalisation first. But it makes a lot more sense to me than invading Iraq. But then again, Saddam didn't try and kill my daddy. That'd probably sway me.
That's the beautiful irony about capitalism. I love capitalism, it seems to work better than any of the other ideologies that humanity has tried. But let's face it, a true capitalist would sell the rope that hangs him.
It's a CONSIPRACY! Wait... is it still considered a conspiracy if it's out in the open and it's definitely 100% not the US or oil companies? I'm not sure which I prefer, prelude to war or the possibility that the Iranian leadership could become MORE crazy.
Being a naive westerner, it appears to me that the freedom-hugging ideas that float around on the internets don't seem to have an effect on political/religious thinking of countries like Iran.
I can just see two moustached elderly gents discussing research, possibly even drinking Guinness out of a bottle. They go silent for a few minutes and then one of them, whilst stroking his long droop moustache suddenly jumps up and proclaims:
"Holy Crap! Mobile gaming devices have tiny screens, imagine how easy it'd be to use advanced raytracing graphics!" "Brilliant!"
At least Mozilla told them of the issue. I personally don't think it's their ultimate responsibility. Definitely obligated to do something... but imagine the kind of action Opera would have if Microsoft found the security flaw.
There's a chance of the existence of A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL? Possibly somewhere in the region of my pants??? The fact that there is even a chance I must now search high and low! I Believe!
Juries automatically assume people are guilty. As long as they can show probable cause and the defense attorney isn't up to scratch... it's very easy to proescute.
Meh. Personally I would just do it. But that's because the companies I've worked for have been so clueless that they wouldn't find out about it ever anyhow.
I installed Rockbox on my Sansa. Apart from being no where near as pretty. It was kinda cool. However it seems unpolished and unfortunately (otherwise I would've kept using it) froze a lot, and unlike the Sansa firmware I couldn't reboot it... It also had a slightly audible clicking noise during track playback that isn't there with the Sansa firmware... Would be really cool if an mp3 player manufacturer picked up Rockbox and improved it themselves. One can dream.

Does this indicate that it is having an effect?
Yeah. Sheesh. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.

Well then I hope you've got a good long term memory.
Geez, Quantie, get a grip

Not really what I was saying. From past history it's not a far stretch to think that Microsoft and Intel are quite against alternatives.
I wonder how it affects their relationship with Intel? Ubuntu, AMD... Intel, Microsoft.
Wonder what Dell's long term game plan?
For some reason whenever I read this kind of thing I have a massive urge to check Snopes. Even if the source is NASA for example...
Damn those pranksters at NASA!
Hmm. That's too long. Not catchy at all. I think I'll stick to:
Don't ask. Don't Tell. Don't Let Privacy Pirates Sell My Mundane Life To Advertisers.
Hrm. Wait.
There's a chance of the existence of A HUNDRED DOLLAR BILL? Possibly somewhere in the region of my pants??? The fact that there is even a chance I must now search high and low! I Believe!
Am I the only who has, for tears, 'known' that there is no life on Mars? I wonder if Captain Obvious has taken the reigns over at NASA.
Still, there's some consolation in the fact that the biggest red state has no sign of life.
Seems Yahoo are quite familiar with the concept of 'Friends With Benefits'.
Although in the case of Microsoft they're also familiar with daterape.
Oh, no room for P2P, huh?
Fine. I'll go build my own telecom infrastructure with blackjack.. and hookers.
In fact, forget the infrastructure and the blackjack... Eh, screw the whole thing.

People who are new to the internet are funn-eh.

I 3 Huckabee.
Wait...
I'll be able to compose that Holophoner opera.
Ah well, there's always hope. BAHA-HAHAHAHAHAAAH

Mod parent insightful!
With good reason. Netcraft Confirms internet is dead.
