Why is it all the morons who post on here won't take credit for their posts? I made a simple mistake, but obviously I can admit to it and take credit for my post by not posting anonymously. Grow up people!!
And just how much is this going to cost the average consumer? Anytime a new processor comes out it is overpriced and it takes at least 6 months to a year before the price becomes reasonable.
Heh...I've had no trouble getting even Debian to work on my IBM Thinkpad 760XL. Sounds to me like
meches just hasn't put enough effort into getting
a laptop to work the way he/she wants it to.
For millions (thousands) of years we have strived to find out why we are here and what the meaning of life is, etc, etc. And we find that we are all written in FORTRAN. God's little prank.:)
Modding down -- The art of deciding what really pisses people off and what just gets on their nerves.
I'm just curious how many security holes are going to exploited by hackers and crackers in Windows XP....they sure found enough in the earlier versions of windows to fill their time.
Well at least I can still count on my fingers how many GHz we have achieved. I suppose when/if these quantum-based computers come about (on a large scale), I'll have to have an infinite number of fingers all representing the possible states of the processer:)
I've always wanted to know whether or not Wil was even asked to do an episode of Star Trek Voyager. That series could have used a good episode about the Traveler and Wesley. I would think the idea could have popped up in some writers' heads.
This meta tag can still be quite useful as a quick and easy way to redirect from one page to another without having to do any scripting.
How about you shut the fuck up.
Is this going to change the results of a search query at all? Or just merely show the rating next to each link within the results?

Assuming you can disclose this information....what were some of the weaknesses?
My disappointment with the quality of compressed digital music formats...
If you are so disappointed then why don't you create a better compression algorithm for digital music. I doubt it is exactly easy.

So are they continuing to work on the 2.2 tree now? Or are they stopping with 2.2.20 and concentrating now on 2.4 and 2.5?
Taco had a huge post that this was going to happen.

Lighten up...life does go on....and not everyone is in on this war so their lives haven't changed.
And for God's sake get laid.

Maybe it's time we help all of the lamers using Windows in on the secret that befuddles them about linux....you know....intelligence.
That's odd...I was told by someone I work with who manages about 9 packages for debian that woody was frozen now and it should become stable soon.
Woody has been frozen for a while now...it'll probably be released as stable quite soon.

Funny how it's always the Anonymous Cowards who post comments like this.
Start taking credit for what you post so we can word-bash you like the rest.
