    Apple is leveraging its itune monopoly (or atleast extreme marketshare) to sell ipods, by using DRM.

    So why was the iPod the best selling music player before the iTMS even started?

    It doesn't fit into the objective of Israel to target civilians.

    Got any proof but the claims by Isreal for that? The state of Isreal is based on the terrorist attacks by Irgun, the Stern Gang and others, none of which have stopped from attacking civilians. And later they even attacked Jews in other countries trying to blame it on anti-semetism to recruit more citizens.

    Andreas Katsulas is a Shakespearian actor.

    As is William Shatner, so that proves nothing. Shatner never could make the move from the "overacting" necessary on stage to screen acting.

    It's quite obvious how much Gene Roddenberry liked Shakespear, and how many Shakespearean actors he hired for Star Trek (including Katsulas likely) - I wonder what he would think about Andromeda's captain.

    Nope, productivity is what your employer earns for every hour you work. And yes, you do beat Canada, Europe, Japan, etc.

    You should understand that the torture methods used by the CIA are employed to save lives.
    Well, good thing that not only everybody they interrogate is guilty but also not trained to withstand torture long enough for any information they may have to become worthless.

    Again, you purposefully misread: murder, robbery, and aggravated assault offenses.

    You've thrown in robber and aggravated assault - two crimes where nobody is murdered.

    And that after he dismissed all violent deaths (including manslaughter) but murders in his previous post.

    Boohoo. You make my point for me by ignoring my second sentence. Every year over 500,000 guns are stolen in the US. Stolen from gun-nuts like you who can buy guns over the counter.

    BTW, the above numbers are reported gun thefts, which true gun-nut would admit that one of his guns was stolen instead of protecting him?

    Yet cities like DC and NYC that have banned guns and disarmed victims have the worst crime and murder rates.

    Could this have anything to do with the fact that people there can just drive a few miles and buy their guns over the counter? Or easier yet, steal it from some gun-nut?

    Not quite. I still remember the pain of trying to use standard formats like JPEG across multiple applications back in the system 6/7 days.

    Because it was soooo hard to just drag'n'drop it on the app's icon or open it from within the app? Yeah that was way harder than to just live with whatever app had hijacked JPEGs lately.

    Fine. So who uses Microsoft for motor management? Breaks? Gear-box? Sure, Windows Automotive is great to tell people that there is a problem with any of these, tell them which way they can reach a goal, and lock people into their car when the computer breaks down, but what else?

    All previous Microsoft products (and their quirks) aside, Microsoft simply doesn't have any experience here. All they have is Windows Automotive, which doesn't seem to be anyting but (G)UI to higher level functions, but nothing in the way of motor management or breaks, gearbox etc.. Nor do they have the actual hardware, they are going to buy that from someone who has experience in he field.

    IOW this is just PR.

    And I, unlike others, remember Senna and Prost doing the same several times. I also remember Coulthard slowing down so Schumacher would crash into him in Spa so he wouldn't win the race while his team mate, Championship leader Häkkinen was already out.
