    Blah-Blah. This is a German case, only valid in Germany for German language books following a rule that has been in effect for about 100 years.

    Minor correction: "The court's decision made clear that even private sellers have to stick to the fixed book price if they regularly sell new books." So you can still sell new books for as low as you want on occasion.

    You mean the same dastardly effects the US uses GPS for? Why would they use something so complicated as a cruise missile when they already can target anything they want with suicide bombers that are precise enough? BTW, American "precision" weapons all too often miss their target by miles.

    Both Japan and Europe have rather big armies. They just don't invade other countries constantly.

    Not only do the wealthy fund the programs with their taxes, they also use the least government services.

    You are right, the people they fire after outsourcing their jobs do. Sure, they wouldn't outsource if they wouldn't have to pay all those taxes. Sure. Oh Hell, sure.

    Actually it isn't even that. The teams are usually very secretive about how they optimize their cars, so nobody knows whether they use GAs or not.

    Do your own Babelfishing: CSU's party program. Note esp. that they claim their politics are based on Christian responsibilities and Social justice.     Not quite. A coalition is created after an election to form a government. A "Wahlbündnis" is announced before an election, and is formed to get a certain result in that election (and/or to prepare for a coalition). There probably is no English word for it, because it makes no sense in the election systems of the UK and USA.
