    I knew the schools in the US were behind, but I didn't know it was this bad!
    We can hardly get this kind of results from high school graduates, much less kids completing kindergarten!

    They were just jealous they had to do their work by hand. And I got great math insights... see I have this theory that there are really some big or as I like to call them "fat 2" out there, where 2 + 2 ~= 5

    If I had not had my calculator all them years, where would I have gotten great insights like that!

    Did you hear the implied, "Show me the money!" in the article?

    What is more profitable for the DOJ, going after drug crimes/criminals and confiscating cash and cars or going after copyright violators, and giving any revenue generated to the RIAA?

    The next batch of proposed laws will have to cut the DOJ in on a slice of the action. Maybe let them resell the confiscated servers or take the money found on/near the "criminals".

    The "smart kid" will be asking probing questions and challenging the teacher to provide more information. The experience is shared by the whole class, or at least the portion paying attention. Teachers learn from the experience as well.
