It's a problem if 3% of the population is being portrayed as being 30% of the population.
If stories, TV shows and movies had similar proportions to reality, people wouldn't complain (as much).
Imagine a TV show set in Tokyo where 75% of the characters are white, 23% of the characters are black, 1% of the characters are jewish and the last 1% are asian - but half of those are from India.
Oh, and 120% of the characters are gay just to piss of mathematicians.
First of all, yet another re-clone of a series that already has been resurrected how many times? Just stop doing the repeats, OK? Make something new, goddammit.
Your arguments is as silly as complaining that science-fiction movies have been done for decades and we should stop making new ones.
I guess you could complain and say "damnit, this week's episode is almost, but not quite, entirely unlike last week's episode."
In the case of Twilight Zone and The Outer Limits (and now Black Mirror too), this is different. Each episode has a different story, characters, etc. There is no connection between this new series, the previous one or even the one before that. What's interesting is the possible variations to the genre, as Black Mirror did with the technological component of the stories.
They're not talking about doing remakes of the old episodes. This is a continuation of a genre of stories that have been done before and will probably be done again in the future.
...the Trump administration has decided that the National Security Agency and the FBI can lawfully keep operating their warrantless surveillance program even if Congress fails to extend the law...
So, the government can "decide" to say they're still within the law even if the law doesn't exist.
How different is that from the old USSR or post-WW2 Germany, exactly?
How nice of you to quote my whole post and yet ignore the beginning of the second sentence to write yours.
But it's true that in this case we have no information about the year of publication of the book, however the father of the kid already paid for said book.
It's easy, it's in the freakin' name: the right to make a copy.
A fixed number of years after publishing, giving time authors to earn money for their work, we are legally allowed to make copies.
Just because Hollywood and others corrupted the system and killed the spirit of the original law doesn't mean it vanished from the core idea of copyright.
Bitcoin is a mechanism to launder dirty money, nothing else It's used by drug cartels, for ransomware, tax evasion, massive corruption in third-world countries, human trafficking, and any other means of washing cash clean of where it came from.
Since every single fucking transaction is in the blockchain, it's the WORST possible thing you could use to do ANY of the above.
No, everything you mentioned works best with government-created fiat currencies. The serial numbers can only identify the currency itself, not who had it and not where it has been.
I wasn't giving the power draw as an argument for using an Apple TV, I was using that as an argument that using a console for streaming is a waste of power.
Besides, consoles suck, I prefer my mid-range Windows PC for gaming and yes it requires more power than an Xbox One or a PS4 because it doesn't suck and doesn't require a fucking gamepad with lame thumbsticks.

He probably has a contract that prevents such things from happening.

And I'm a don't be a moran!
We are under attack by Galaxy, a worldwide organization led by a trio of mad scientists.
They don't say if it's WordPress itself or in a popular plug-in.
Now I do have the answer: the app installed itself later that morning. From what I've read it's only for the 3rd generation Apple TV, though.

You forgot half the part of the idea. The authors are given that right in exchange for others not having that right but only for a limited time.
Copyright is the right to control who may make copies for a limited time.
Oups, indeed that's a huge part of the whole idea.

Damn, I was hoping to get a "Thank you Ted, that was the joke."
With today's update, the patch for the bug -- now known as "IAmGroot" (CVE-2017-13872) -- has received a permanent fix.
Maybe the next article will be how A.I. is going to defeat the Bitcoin mining algorithms and will be posted by Ethereum fanatics.
Then use Dogecoin! It's been nearly worthless for most of its existence and paying a fee of one coin per transaction is more than fast enough.
No, Beanie Babies were made by one company. In comparison, anyone can mine Bitcoins. Or at least these days, fractions of it.

I'm Canadian. Electricity prices in the USA make me laugh, the source of electricity generation doubly so.

If your home is cold then you should be mining Monero or something!
Except there's no app store for the 3rd generation Apple TV, so you can't know that from the Apple TV itself.
And in others, the damage makes them unable to distinguish between "are" and "as"....
We just offshored all the manufacturing industries to China and closed them down in the USA and Europe. Problem solved, once and for all.
But we all share the same pl-
ONCE AND FOR ALL!
Anyone who enjoys living there doesn't understand the true meanings of enjoying and living.
