Well, fully automatic weapons can't be (easily) purchased here. So where are they getting all these full autos? And grenades (nope, can't buy them here).
Answer: soldiers stealing them from the Mexican army and through the Guatemalan border. Look at the real facts, Holder stated that 90% of the weapons used by the cartels are from the US. Then admitted that wasn't the case, yet we should ban different weapons here.
Think... don't buy the bullshit you are being shoveled.

Sorry, go take a look at some police training documents/classes, the continuum of force is probably a good place to start. A taser is a method of force that is much less than "deadly force" and is used when deadly force is not necessary/justified, but force is necessary to apprehend the suspect/poor mistreated whiny ass, whatever you wish to call him/her.

Well, since he was actively resisting them putting cuffs on him, would you prefer the beat the shit out of him until they can get him under control (leaving bruises, broken bones, etc)? "Sure, blame the victims. It's their own fault if the rich have skimmed the cream."

How the hell did everyone who is too stupid to take advantage of a free education become a "victim". This whining BS is what got our educational system into this mess in the first damn place, we worry too much about someone's ego. Don't fail them just because they don't know the answer, don't hold the child back, they are tall for their age (actually said by a school principal).
Quit making everyone who has a hard time or gets a bad break a "victim". Work doesn't kill, neither does being told you aren't doing good enough, quit thinking of yourself or others as victims, because there is always opportunity somewhere, it may not be what you want right, it might be tough, it might suck, but there is always a way.
Quit blaming the rich for the problems of the poor, I came from poor parents, took advantage of the public schools, learned, got a job, went to college, and now I have my own family, house, 2 cars, land, money in my pocket, etc. I did it the old fashioned way, I didn't feel sorry for myself, I worked my ass off. I sure as hell didn't expect someone else to do it for me.
