Normally I'm not a spelling nazi like this, but when one can't even take the time to ensure that the latin alphabet approximated spelling of the language of the Great Elders is correct, then one isn't worthy to praise Cthulhu.
The error in question is your spelling of "fhtan". The correct spelling, according to the Cthulhu t-shirt I'm currently wearing, is "fhtagn".
And those 26000 iBooks have created a shortage of parts on the entirety of the east coast. They are not fun to work with, the school ships between 10 to 20 out on an average day, and this is just one of the highschools in the system. Apple has a shortage of parts. I reference the many damaged iBooks I see daily.
Also, wasn't there a shortage of inventory when the iPod Mini was released
I routinely use my Zaurus to remotely administer my home computer, check email, surf the web, type papers. Hell, my zaurus is more useful to me than my laptop.
I loved that game. Personally, I think if its graphics were brought up to par with Heroes of Might and Magic IV or Age of Mythology, the game would make a huge amount of money today.
Anyone care to create FreeMOM (Masters of Magic) ?
16 VCR's purchased from circuit city- $50 x 16
one guy to switch tapes every six hours- $6.50/hr
$806.50.
Now, using my 1337 math skills, That's $800 for the VCRs and $6.50 for one hour of work from Joe tape switcher. Assuming this is for a real security system, you'd need Joe to sit at the TVs watching for suspicious activity during a normal 8 hour work day, that's now $52/day for Mr. Joe. Assuming this is a business with security requirements of 365 days a year, That's $18,980 a year for Joe to sit on his ass watching monitors and switching tapes. With a computer, you could throw some modified V4L security software on it and have it do Joe's job for free.
Now, excluding media, the Computer system is a one time $5000 cost while Joe and the VCR is $18,980/year. Which system is more economical?

Or, alternatively, Cheaplinux.org, for those pirates who are already consuming their cable connection with pr0n and warez.
