I surely would prefer the "Z-pad", as it would probably come with a piece of software or two more (Notes client anyone?), and I just love having a PDA that matches with my laptop !
Programmer's encryption code is usually weak. I can decrypt it on the fly, and you sound like one too.
For the rest of you guys, here's what he said:
We already have such people, they're more random than a lava lamp. Me thinks they're called "Women".
That would be great but kinda expensive to put on every bus. I know some buses in Montreal use 802.11b in peer to peer ( NO idea why, I should follow them and sniff someday, it's not encrypted ) , so a computer with kismet at the bus stop, emailing me the logs and SMSing them to me would be great:)
I just want an RF emitter on the bus, and a receiver at the stop, that changes a light to red if the bus has already passed, so I Don't wait 1 hour like the idiot I am !
Two weeks ago, on my old email that I don't use anymore, I decided to "unsubscribe" from all these lists, thinking it would "confirm" the existence of my email address. However, the number of spams I get has reduced from 15-20 to 3-5 a day ! I'll have to see if it goes up again in a few weeks though...
But come on, this isn't a hack or anything amazing, it's just a freaking switch inside of a bear !? At least if it was wireless and included a cpu and memory to sniff and store connections, or you know, something USEFUL then it would have it's place on slashdot

A friend of mine wouldn't buy a PSX cause it had only "32 dots in the screen per square inch instead of 64 like Nintendo"
Couldn't convince him otherwise.
And then, it was "Carts store much more than CDs man! Even IBM is gonna use some in computers soon"
Uh uh.
