Truth as reasonable person sees it is not necessarily truth as far as the rule of law. A reporter can get valid information that would not be admissible in court.
This statement has it all wrong:
"The new-generation consoles look best when plugged into high-definition TV sets -- and it is not clear how many people will buy a new television just for the latest version of the Madden football game."
HD TV owners (like myself) will only buy HD capable content. So, it is about reaching the current market with the most disposible income and least amount of impulse control (like myself).

And I was doing so well....
Hats off to you, Ray!
Yah. Tinfoil hat.
It's not about targeting this market. It's about not excluding this market.

I've only gotten one virus in the past 6 months, and it was through firefox. Piece of crap software. I have yet to get a virus through sp2 IE.
That you know of.
As far as I'm conserned I don't want ANY browser which is integrated with the OS. It's just too dangerous.
Does this make "Do you want fries with that?" prior art?
Unsubstantiated anonymous anecdotal evidence posted to a forum. I'd be stupid NOT to believe this!
