Maybe you ought to take a break and read BoingBoing once in a while, since they get a good deal of the same information as you, and often do so earlier.

write, then proceed to share his meandering thoughts in a somewhat effective manner. Apart from the fact that I think the review is at least mildly opposed to placing etymology in an understandable and vivid context, he tells me nothing of value, nothing that I couldn't get from a few moments chatting with anyone who's read the book. How about using reviews that read at least as well (or as poorly) as the text they're reviewing? It may mean fewer posts, but it could certainly add to the content. In the present case, anyone who finds entertainment or value in the review should switch to reading L.Ron Hubbard, and get a personality test to boot.
Another point based on the actual contents of the article, their measure was how many names in the "To:" field, a measure which doesn't apply to the way spams are generally formatted. Typically, spam has only one or a few names there.
I was read back the correct address twice by customer service representative's of UPS, first when changing the delivery address, then the day after tracking showed:
Nov 15, 2001 6:45 P.M. SUNNYVALE, CA, US 11:18 A.M. SUNNYVALE-MT VIEW, CA, US COMPANY OR PERSON UNKNOWN, NOT DELIVERED;ADDRESS CORRECTED, DELIVERY RESCHEDULED
Nov 14, 2001 11:15 P.M. SUNNYVALE-MT VIEW, CA, US COMPANY OR PERSON UNKNOWN, NOT DELIVERED;UNABLE TO CONTACT RECEIVER
9:03 A.M. SUNNYVALE-MT VIEW, CA, US COMPANY OR PERSON UNKNOWN, NOT DELIVERED
So they couldn't find the delivery location, although it had been repeaetd back to me before AND after they attempted to make the delivery.
FedEx has never screwed up like this for me.
