    well, if the see that an area has shitty lines, and they do some terror creating act there, the lack of communication can severly hinder the rescue workers.

    I received a traffic violation by normal mail.

    And if I had ignored it, I would have had another warning issued via normal mail. If I ignored both, I would have received a third stating that I had a warrant issued for my arrest.

    The same could happen for file swappers. A letter is mailed, if ignored they would be sent one more chance, then comes the warrant or whatever...

    A laser needs someone to activly point it at someone and turn it on.

    1. My back yard, surrounded by the 7' privacy fence is not public yet open to scrutiny by these types of devices.

    7' doesn't help if your neighbor adds a second floor to their house, or even puts up a tree houlse for their kid, then there are those darn basketball players or that pesky news helicoptor...

    What you need is a privacy fence with a privacy roof. Otherwise, it's only private to ground level people

    That's how war was done back then.

    You flew over an enemies city, and flattened it with bombs. They weren't able to guide a single bomb through a window and up someone's ass like now, so instead, they leveled an entire city.
