    That was solved many many years ago by not using touch senstive 'mats'. Instead you use active 'pointers'.

    Of course if you lose your pointer you are totally screwed, but at least scratches in the surface dont hurt you and you can use much stronger materials. They are also more expensive..

    Runs fine on XP and 2000 pro.

    However, id do think the workstation edition will start getting things more useful as a 'desktop', such as accelerated graphics. While the server editions wont ever have that.. Different market.

    Why do you think in the 80s when you had expensive time lmited access things never really took off? When the big players went to unlminted useage is when things 'started to happen'..

    Lets kill the golden goose before it gets out of hand i guess. No great loss.
