    Of all the things there are to blame Obama for, sending his kids to a private school is not one of them. His kids are not public property, and his duty as a parent is to get them the best education he can afford.

    That being said, he's a flaming asshole for throwing his weight into killing DC's voucher program.

    Government money fails because governments can't be trusted to meet their contractual obligations. The US dollar has had a pretty good run, but once FDR stole our gold and Nixon broke the Bretton Woods treaty, its eventual demise became inevitable.

    I would hope so. Friends in the chip design world have told me that Apple could save about 20% of the power draw on their A-series CPUs if they had access to intel's fab process.

    I would think that they can't claim someone else owes them money just by posting something. They would have to sue them and win.

    Exactly. They'd never get a court to enforce it, and if they do go as far as trying to put this on the victim's credit report, I would expect any credit bureau to remove it immediately upon a complaint.
