    Well, what can you expect from a former cocaine fiend who can't stop using the phrase "evildoers" in every third sentence? Every time I hear the commander-in-chief of the most powerful military machine in the world today speak like a simplistic retard, it makes me want to scream. It must be wonderful to live in a morally black and white world.

    Not everyone but more than you think.

    Most of us just want to get things done at work and not waste precious time tinkering with an obscure development kernel that corrupts your filesystem every few days.

    will be another government scandal or more Enron fiascos to bring to light the negatives of the country once again.

    I really hope that at that point the public will see the folly of pouring billions of dollars into the corporate welfare for the military-industrial complex at the same time as public services, schooling and roads and railways are deteriorating.

    as the perennial bumbling evil C.I.A./NSA secret agents do absolutely anything at all costs by any means to get their way -- just like the terrorists.

    And what's wrong with that. It's becoming even more true now that the commander-in-chief has authorized CIA to use lethal force and is pouring billions of dollars into the machine the history of which is filled with atrocious acts of terror and morally dubious publications.

    Yeah, these are the good guys.

    Ugh. What's the deal with beige anyway? I hate it.

    Yeah, you can get black, blue and all kinds of cases, but what's the point when every other piece of hardware (CD-ROMs, keyboards, mice and external drive cases) are in the same goddamn fugly beige.

    They use it in everything from sunglasses to golf balls to notebook cases

    Yeah, it's strong but more imporantly it is also light and biologically inert. I like my glasses with titanium frames. I'm extremely sensitive to nickel and every other frame metal that I tried gave me allergic rash. Plastic frames were a joke both strength and stylewise.

    Oh dear, here we go again. For some strange reason AMD has become the-company-that-cannot-do-wrong amongst the open source crowd...

    Yeah, in Athlon they have made a damn good copy of the Intel's Pentium line, but do you think they have the momentum and resources to achieve the same in the high-end 64-bit world? I don't think so. Copying and mass producing someone else's design does not mean they can do heavy lifting on their own. Actually you quote a good example of this: "bolting 64bit onto an existing design".
