use it all the time.. for all my consoles.
i used the xplite tool from http://www.litepc.com/xplite.html
and removed ie ( note have tro register program to get pro version)
and removed ie no problem at all stop majority of spyware.
well good luck with the project in the new year.
i think these distro's are good idea. something i would like to setup in my flat. but lack the spare hardware for now. Hope for the future.

some of the multiplayer hooks were left in because there was origionaly a multiplayer option in the beta relese. due to a security issue it was disabled on final release.
i was talking to the main coder for the pc versions and she says a multiplayer option would not be implimentet by DMA in anyway.
(/me still waiting for my beta copy of vice city !! )
i'm itringued to know if this will affect blueyonder in anyway as the are belived to be partnering with NTL. Dont want any of the download capping or lower bandwith accounts there.
