google will see SIFR headers as text, they are converted to flash after the page has loaded using javascript.
switch off javascript and you'll just see normal text headings.
I just gave it a trial run, there doesn't seem to be anyway to specify a proxy for the updates. (unless it uses the IE settings)
either way, it locked up completely while trying to update
