I didn't think there were any fault line anywhere near Washington DC...so how could this Earthquake happen? Hmm...kind of coincidental how on Monday night there was a 5.3 magnitude earthquake that struck in southeast Colorado...
Also, why on Earth would they evacuate the Pentagon AFTER the earthquake? Does that make any sense at all?
How exactly do we get "pictures" of a black hole, if light can't escape? Isn't a picture of a black hole basically just a picture showing nearby light and stars etc. spinning around the event horizon?
This is why it is so important that we in the US fight for ALL of our rights, however trivial they may seem. Because once one is taken away, the rest soon follow...
This electronically sends a signal out to the cover that is over your plate, changing it from clear, to obscure, meaning no one can read it from ANY angle.
Mythbusters did NOT test that device, they only tested sprays and covers that don't take electricity and hence are always in the same state. This thing changes from clear, to solid with the click of a button, and no-one can read your plate from any angle. It's like pressing a button and putting a piece of cardboard in front of your plate, noone can read it.
I hear that in Japan they also have these cool vending machines that dispense used women's panties......oh wait, that's only cool if you're the average slashdot reader:-D
I'll take my -1 Troll now... *ducks*

WTF?! So basically, when wiki requested a copy of the judge's order asking them to take down the documents, the other lawyers said "not unless you promise you won't publish the orders on your website"?! HAHAHAHA this is so childish it is a international embarassment for that legal team!
"Can you give me the judges orders asking me to take down your content?"
"No, because you'll just publish it."
"Well how do I know there even was an order?"
"Just trust us."
HAHAHAHA!
Why didn't they wipe the database of names?
on
RIAA Website Hacked
·
· Score: -1
It would have been a lot better if the hackers 'wiped' the database containing the list of names that the RIAA is planning to sue. I'm sure that list, if it was in plain text format, took up at least, oh, 300 GB? I mean seriously, who isn't on their list?
all of us who didn't share files but were prosecuted can join the lawsuit? ok, the one other person who fits this description please stand up.
how about everyone who was prosecuted but didn't know they were sharing files (kazaa) or everyone who was prosecuted that was a minor and therefore should not be legally held accountable for their actions. or everyone who was prosecuted because their son or daughter were sharing files. what about all those people?
and for God's sake, what about all the people who DID share files knowingly but still think the RIAA needs to die? this is the majority of people and these are the people that need to get together and file a class action lawsuit.
Answer: This.
OK, programming joke aside, seriously...natural language should not be incorporated into search engines. What about generic questions, such as my subject line? What would Google return? What SHOULD Google return to that? Do a tracert on the user's IP, and answer with a map? Seriously, to implement natural language searching capability would be quite a feat. Especially in the age of, "ROFLMAO wtf iz 4 computa?!!1"

I've always wanted to watch the sun rise and set from your private driveway.
