I know your joking, but let us all make this clear. The Solar System Does Not Effect Climate A Whole Lot Jupiter and Venus's orbits might have some *slight* effects but are nothing compared to the billions of smoke stacks spewing carbon into the air.
It is called Progress. MIT is *the* one and only collage that give's UC Berkeley a run for its money.
Maybe you should rethink your theory. Maybe it is not liability but vision for the future. Could Henry Ford seen a Boeing 787? You must build the technology that gets you there and not deny this nearly alien technology.
