  1. That was the "joke" on KDE 3.0 is Out · · Score: 0

I'm seriously considering getting one of those 'X10' wireless cameras, in honor of their successful advertising campaign. After all, what better way of notifying the average interweb user about the many 'Home Security' applications than by showing a camera panning up a woman's dress?

What is the range on these devices? I am hoping to purchase one, find an excuse to visit my next door neighbor, and install it in his daughter's bedroom. The camera should then wirelessly transmit through the wall to my waiting computer whilst I masturbate.

The daughter is eight years old, so watching her get undressed is sure to sate my pederastic urges.

You do. I saw you. Your mom told me. How quickly does Linux Advocacy degenerate into playground taunting. Name ONE legal use for Divx. The file format was invented in order to make ripping DVDs easy. The very name infringes on Circuit City's trademarks.

Linux is suitable for server applications, NOT the desktop. Roughly hewn hack jobs like KDE, which openly admit to stealing ideas from Microsoft, only serve to confuse the market, thus reducing the percentage of Linux desktops in the field.

The Linux cause is ultimately self-defeating, for it lacks clear goals other than attempting to destroy one of the world's biggest corporations. A cause which may seem attractive to a pseudo-rebellious white middle-class teenager, but is ultimately futile.

So, in order to promote the spick-fest that is Gnome, Slashdot must attempt to crash KDE's servers.

We are facing the War of Civlilizations.

So you're accusing the 'Evil Empire' of perpetuating Third World poverty now? Let's ignore the fact that these countries are run by bloodthirsty warlords with no concern whatsoever for their people.

Most of the bleeding-heart liberal 'Live Aid' charity sent as a trend into Africa during the 1980's ended up in the hands of these despots. Did the poor little starving iconic monkey-boys flashed up on worldwide telecasts get any of it? Of course not.

Concern about third-world hunger is nothing more than a trend perpetuated by guilt-ridden white middle-class liberals. Ultimately ineffectual, as it's clear that the first recourse of the negroid is to turn on it's own by the primal instinct of self-interest.

We presume to believe these loathsome creatures think and live the way we do. But they do not. They are savages. Give one of them the benefits of First World society that our superior ancestors fought long and hard over the past thousand years for, and it's first action would be to DESTROY it all. Until all that remains is desolation, and it's many shit-colored offspring starving on the ground with flies crawling over them.

But of course, it's all Microsoft's fault, isn't it? You must REALLY hate success.
