Recently I replaced my mobo and unfortunately I ran into similar problems...
After a lot of research i found that THERE IS a way to repair the original installation and
re-activate your OS (via telephone) without re-installing...
I have compiled the steps I followed in an article found here.
Although it is a Greek site don't worry , this article is written in English!
I hope that you find this usefull...
Dont use browzar. It is spyware!!
As you already know "Browzar" is actually an IE extension , so do the following trick
to expose the spying:
1. Open an Internet Explorer (NOT BROWZAR!!) window and go to
Tools -> Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Settings...
2. Select "Prompt" in the "Allow Paste operations via script" option
(Btw This options disables the "feature" that IE has to
remote-copy your cliboard contents (more on this here)
3. Save and close IE
4.Now open the Browzar browser and go to ANY wabepage you like. ANY WEB PAGE!! Select a text and try to copy it (ctrl+c or right-click copy)
5. Be very afraid
It is 'forced perspective' not 'false perspective' as it is stated in the article.
It is amazing how many people say this wrong, but I must admit that it makes sense both ways...
I know you will mod me down for this but I really liked NT4.0sp6a.
I work for a major TV station in Greece and we still use many NT4.0 installs...
I have an Oracle server running on a Compaq NT4.0 machine that has currently an uptime of 114 days. I have rebooted the machine (for maintenance) only two times in three years. Good work Microsoft!!
We have many AVID machines(AVID Symphony - A suberb NLE suite) doing post-production work. All run NT4.0. Stability? Rock-Steady!
The Newscutter line of our AVID's(a simpler NLE suite than Symphony) is running win2k although The Active directory is great by the way...
The cluster of our domain is still in NT4.0(Planning to migrate to win2k next month) Rock-steady also.
Of course the Domain Controllers are win2k's , as well as the clients and the other servers( SQL's,mailserver's etc) but the NT4.0 NEVER let us down
It's easy to critisize, but, from my point of view (which is an IT Proffessional's point of view) the NT4.0sp6a is a very good OS.
So, come on now , mod me down you linux zealots/microsoft haters:-)

This new discovery might be a proof that the Christian Religion has some false beliefs.
According to this new discovery, now we have definite proof that the Homo sapiens and the Homo neanderthalensis co-existed in some time period
Now,consider this:
1.It has already been prooved that Homo neanderthalensis was a sentient being with advanced culture and rituals
2.If Homo neanderthalensis was an ancestor of Homo Sapiens then this was consistant to christianic beliefs. That is because someone could assume that The Creation formed Adam and Eve as Homo neanderthalensis and then their ancestors evolved into Homo Sapiens.
3.Now that we have proof that the Homo neanderthalensis and Homo Sapiens were completely different lifeforms, not related to each other we have to conclude that either:
A. During 'The Creation' God gave sentient life to two different kinds of species, but in the bible we have records only for our species
B. Bible is wrong in some parts
Please consider before you flame me that I am not an atheist. On the contrary, I consider my self as a Christian, but I think we have the right to question some parts of the bible in the light of modern scientific discoveries

I think nothing was heard about this subject again untill now. Is this maybe an evidence that if you are rich enough to pay for a super-duper high-tech treatment you can actually be cured??.
I dont know if he was only a carrier of the HIV back in these days , but surely he must have be showed some symptoms by now.
For those who like Lems work, let me suggest also two less-known but very good and very similar in their writings sci-fi novelists. Arkadi & Boris Strugatski. .I think that their novel "Definitely Maybe" are in many ways similar to the "Memoirs Found..." novel. The same questioning about the validity of the known social systems, the same claustrophobic feeling plus an excellent plot, to good to be described in a few worlds.
