    I think it's about the right time for me to file suit against Media Rights Technologies for not employing me at a salary of $10,000,000/year to refill their coke machines. Because of their unwillingness to hire me as a coke machine filler, their machines are dreadfully low, who knows how many people could become thirsty as a direct result..!!

    Some companies really have no conscience.

    The Apple TV box has nowhere near the same amount of demand as the iPhone or leopard, if he delayed both that would be very bad considering he moved devs from Leopard to the iPhone team..

    preview screening = full movie shown before it's release

    This is for preview Screenings.. meaning the full film being played before it's release date to a select audience (generally newspaper reviewers and radio contest winners).

    Promotional Previews are specifically released in order to help promote the film through positive word of mouth and newspaper reviews..

    Do they really think this is somehow going to help them make more revenue if there's no buzz on the street, amongst friends and no reviews in papers?

    Talk about stupid. The movie industry seems as stupid as the RIAA labels..

    No kidding, the idea that a corporation is afforded the same constitutional rights as a living person is ridiculous. If it were that easy to twist the constitution, we could start declaring anything/everything a 'legal person' in order to reconfigure the letter of the law.

    B) Want to point out when in the past century you could buy a single song (without DRM) for $1.29 (keeping inflation in mind)?

    Why exactly is it stupid for the government to not do much (in terms of change) ?

    Seems to me the whole political process SHOULD be slow in order to stop individual administrations from making massively sweeping reforms that undo centuries of hard work..

    Obviously as things change they'll evolve their services to meet demand.

    Exactly, it's just a bunch of hex representations of numbers. Not to mention that sequence of numbers has certainly appeared elsewhere in the world prior to the conception of HD DVD.. somehow I can't see how this key is in anyway proprietary unless you specifically use it in conjunction with an HD DVD/Player..

    I placed a hex code at the bottom of my website, I gave no instruction as to what is it or how it's used..

    Is that illegal? As far as I'm concerned, it's my public key for some of my work. Just because HD DVD happens to use the same key.. really means nothing to me at all.

    Is it then illegal for me to point out that HD DVD uses the same key as me?

    I'd say it's more of a problem of an idealistic viewpoint.

    It's like saying "if humans are so civilized, we shouldn't need militaries.."

    It's a nice thought, but there's always fighting amongst people, and computers and technology will always have flaws..
