Surley they as all companies has made misstakes, you end up sounding like a plant (IMHO)

I'm not a lawyer and the only contact i've ever had with one was kissing one on new years eve a few years back (she was tall and downright swedish girl cliche beautiful). I think i might have sidetracked, anyways. To answer your question, yes. I think US companies have more protection when it comes to these sorts of things than we do but that's not the same as saying that normally a company would be without compensation, just not millions of dollars.
Ombudsmen is taken from swedish and it's one of i think two words that english has borrowed from swedish (the other one being smorgasbord)
Ombudsmen = (sort of) messenger
smorgasbord = (sort of) buffee
In Sweden (where I live) there is little point of sueing for money. You really won't get much if you do. I think that is generally a good thing since it means that there is not much point in sueing unless you feel you really need to. I also think that the looser of the trial pay the winners trial expenses but i can be wrong.
I wholefully agree with that movies these days lack content over SFX but there is this little voice inside of me that is telling me that maybe i'm just getting older. Movies are not made for me anymore, I'm out of the demographic. Isn't it possible that we here at./ are plainly growing up? I'm not saying movies are great now, i don't think so but I wonder how i would have felt if i was 11 and not 31.
I remember my dad always saying (when i was growing up) that the movies these days where bad and lacked content. I'm just concerned that the same thing might be happinging to me.
I don't know much about the plot of the mini-series but you are given the basic premisis of the series in this trailer for the mini series soo i think you would be able to follow it.
I'm speculating ofcourse but it would be pretty stupid to alinate new viewers and i think they will do a pretty good job setting the story up. Hopefully without ruining it for the hardcore fans
