    Either party would call foul if they lost an election and the
    voting anomalies were as great as they were in the last two
    presidential elections!


    The votes counted were outside of the possible margin of error of
    several exit polls in key areas. This means that the votes had been
    tampered with. Had they not George W Bush would NOT be President
    right now. The war in Iraq, which is part of the Wolfowitz
    Doctrine, would not have happened and THOUSANDS of Americans and
    HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Iraqs would still be alive.


    These elections were stolen and people are dead because of it. I
    call it treason and thing that the people involved in stealing the
    country should be hanged until dead. All of them.

    It seems very hard to protect oneself from lawyers and their wily ways. If you have a mean dog in your fenced yard and someone trespasses and gets bit you can be sued. If you put up a sign that says "Beware of Dog" the lawyer may just argue that you knew the dog was dangerous and the warning sign you put up is proof.

    I remember there was a case where a bicycle manufacturer got sued because some kid got hit by a car while riding one of their bikes at night with no light! The lawyer argued that because the bike came with reflectors the kid somehow believed that it didn't need lights and there wasn't a warning that came with the bike to tell him the obvious. The really sad thing is that the jury found in favor of the kid.

    Parents need to realize that most kids go through a phase where they are too stupid to pass the Darwin test.

    I think the election was not so much a mandate for a liberal agenda as a mandate against the current direction that the Republican party is taking our country.

    The Administration tricking us into an unnecessary and unpopular war in an effort to find WMDs that never existed didn't help the Republican image. Then when it became apparent that there were no weapons of mass destruction to have the administration try to morph the war into part of the "war on terrorism" which it IS NOT also didn't help.

    I agree with Kucinich that media is being controlled by a few large Corporations. But saying that they must present controversial issues in an honest, equal, and balanced manner isn't going to get the job done. My God, Fox news is anything but fair and balanced even though they claim to be. If they were leaning any further to the right the US would slide into the Atlantic Ocean!

    The solution is to break up the media into MUCH smaller companies that are not controlled by a few and not allow them to be combined ever again. It is incredibly important that everything we see and hear is NOT controlled by a few who will feed us what they want to meet hidden agendas. Currently we have corporate media and it's not a good thing.

    Because Microsoft has a monopoly on operating systems for the PC and because the profit margin on PCs is so small, a moderate increase in the cost of Windows can make it impossible for Dell to compete.

    Most people don't want to buy a PC that does not come with Windows preinstalled. So if Dell does anything that really frosts Microsoft's cookies, Microsoft could make it very difficult for dell to stay in business simply by raising the price it charges Dell for its monopoly operating system.
