    The obligation is that the citizen of a state pay their taxes owed to that state.

    Um. No. You are not obligated to pay any and every tax your state pulls out of it's ass.

    You *fight* bad laws. Including bad tax laws.

    I would prefer this than regular messaging. When you see the words being typed, it means the other person is there, right now.

    No more lags as the person you're typing to gets bored and starts checking out web pages or IM other people. Keeps the conversation flowing and total time MUCH shorter.

    Increase in share price would be a reflection on MS's ability to grow.

    There's is no where for MS to grow anymore.

    Imagine them being a power company, that has already extended everywhere. Short of banning birth control, you can't make more customers.

    Did you find out their power needs and then figure out how much it would cost to buy, move, and install those solar panels?

    How about a language translator you need for a 3 day trip? Then when the trip is over, you return it.

    What about a VIN number researcher? And when you're done, you return it.

    Mostly for your ATI video cards. The heat output of your 6000 series is incredible. Love the industrial fan though.

    Welcome to the flaw in virtual skinner boxes.

    It's a real eye opener when the game you've been pouring time into for virtual stuff disappears one day.

    You realize that it's all nothing, that the items you've spent time and effort creating, "CCP can simply change a number in a database and suddenly have 1 million of the item"

    Casual gamers won't care. But EVE online isn't a casual game. You can't just hop in your spaceship and advance, you have to put some serious effort into it.

    Instead of just reading stuff that conforms to your worldview, college has taught me how to better analyze different points of view, the evidence behind it and draw my more accurate interpretations, while understanding the limits of my own knowledge.

    Debating on the Internet in good faith taught me that.
