Spending $29 for a game like this, and then not even having resale is just ridiculous. When you can get the high quality apps for iOS and Android at a fraction of the price, share it w/ your whole family, and create no more pieces of plastic for the landfills. Seriously, it's time to put this horse to pasture.
let's face it, a ton of the people who bought the PS3 version of Portal did it just for the "free" copies on the Mac and PC. I can finally get it on all my platforms in my house... the PS3 so far is a one game platform in my house and that's Little Big Planet (and LBP2).
and just haven't gotten around to install it. this is certainly the motivation needed. the poster above points out it's cheaper to 'roll your own' which I believe would be the case but for most users, this is probably a lot more than they either have time for or the skills to created while this hack is relatively straightforward for one who's ambitious but not necessarily a linux guru.

Will the advertisements just be clips from 'real' shows... but only 18 minutes per hour? Sounds like a 'brilliant' way to reverse the model.
