does he ride the clutch? does he burn out? does he squeal the tires? does he tailgate old ladies? does he race those stickered-up-chromed-out 89 civic hatchbacks?
"In itself, the Internet is comprised of thousands of smaller regional networks scattered throughout the globe. On any given day it connects roughly 15 million users in over 50 countries. " That's amazing! 15 million users! Who'd a thunk that it'd grow so fast...I bet we're up to a hearty 18 million by now.:)
About the Taco Bell delivered food...why they don't do it. I work for Pizza Hut Delivery, which, as some of us know, is the same company as Taco Bell and KFC...and I can explain to you why you won't ever get a Grande Meal brought to your door: construction problems. Around here they have Taco Bell/KFC/Pizza Hut combo restaurants that used to deliver all three foods to people using the pizza drivers, but all this did was create problems with the Taco Bell food because it falls apart and gets messed up relatively easy. Fried chicken and Pizza are incredibly durable, a Chalupa is not. You can order KFC and Hut food delivered and get it intact(trust me, it goes through hell getting there in one of our cars), but tacos just don't fare as well.

With the recent illegalization of cell phone use on the road, this technology may prove to be totally worthless, save for the few that want to be ticketed.
I've always wondered what happens to these huge computers and labs people build for one project after the project is over. Do they auction the parts off? Do they do more research? How do they decide when it's obsolete?
That movie is called "At First Sight" it's pretty good...especially as a date movie. It doesn't seem as Hollywoodized as most "true story" films, either...it's just good.
once the source is out in one place, people have it, and it spreads...like wildfire...napster cannot win this fight and should just welcome its counterpart. It's hard to stop the spread of source code.
Any consumer that did not want windows could learn enough to piece together their own machine. No computer buyer has ever been 100% forced to buy a microsoft product. Prove me wrong.
They've got money! I want a piece of what they have with as little work as possible! GIVE ME WHAT YOU EARNED! I don't care how MS earned it, most end users handed cash over without argument...they were offered alternatives, and now want to get rich by being lazy and claiming something that isn't theirs? Not too shocking.
Why's this only at a 1? if I had my 5 points, several of them would be spent on this posting and it's parent about flooding napster with legal mp3's...
...that someone out there is able to fool the enemy into thinking that a car of theirs turned into a tiger and ran down the road! DANGEROUS STUFF THIS TECHNOLOGY!! Run! Hide! Regulate!
Hi, guess what? You're wrong, there is an update out there, either download it and quit bitching, or use Linux and stay silent because it does not affect you...yet. Either way, quit bitching about Microsoft. I am a staunch Outlook advocate because it is the only e-mail client that my mother can use without asking my brother or myself a question every 2 seconds. It's simple, well-designed, and decently speedy. Use Windows Update on the Start Menu(TM)...it's not a problem. Take off your zealot-colored goggles and see the actual world for once.
How is it that this same crowd gladly shouts to the heavens that Microsoft is a monopoly with no competition whatsoever, then the very next moment talks about how much competition Linux is for MS? I really don't like the hipocrasy, could the zealots please make up their minds?
I looked up this problem on the AOL members' help area, and the guide seemed to think that the modem was out of bits. He said if the taxi driver takes the modem back to the office and refills the bits, everything should work okay.
IRC's "fludnetz" which are a bunch of bots run on a few machines(including several on each machine) that like to flood people with CTCP requests and the like. Just as lame, just as annoying, just a different medium.
So, Redmond DOES control the weather! You Linux conspiracy people were right...scary stuff, I tell ya, scary.
