The one app that I thougth they really parrotted was MSFT's OneNote. Their new "Notes" in Mail is very similar, but of course more refined in that Apple way.
You could make an argument that OneNote certainly had it's predecessors as well, but certainly not in the rich graphical way that made OneNote so neat when it came out.
It's amazing what a little competition from a certain other site can do in terms of kicking the devs and editors arses into making improvements to the site.
Sad that it took this to make these changes here, but you're not alone (see IE/Firefox, etc.)
The broad question is, does the fact that you can remain compatible with today's applications and data on hardware that is almost a decade old, impede PC sales?
Yep. My dad and many other *average* pc shoppers don't know that W2K can run on 8 year old hardware.
The sky isn't falling just about yet. The Dems won't let through any hard-core conservatives and many people tend to forget that O'Connor was a Reagan appointee that was supposed to have been a conservative voter, yet she more often than not was more of a moderate or sometimes even liberal voter.
He's right. And soon enough, the cell phone will beat the camera and the PDA as well. What remains to be soon is if Apple jumps into the market for these devices.
Thank you. Thank you for pointing that little nugget out or I would never have shot soda out of my nose upon seeing that at least two people have googled for: "grittney spears".
Amen. When's the last time any of us can say we've written a bug-free app? NASA's effort is significantly harder than connecting your website to a database.
It is painfully slow. Dr. Divx kept crashing on me, but I was able to convert some files with the GraphEdit approach.
I've just resorted to initiating the transfers before I go to bed. Just like the good old days -- a 3 hour download of "Stairway to Heaven" over copper.:)
They seem to be hiring again. If you enjoy a real challenge and have the skill-set..

Did the hobbits appear before or after Moses? I'm confused..
Each Web application can have its own config file that overrides the system-wide configuration.

Since both the Senate and House are weighted in favor of the GOP, wouldn't the *average* congressman then be a little right of center anyway?
Bring back the BLINK tag!
This article is a bunch of crap.
