Even deleting is way past the point.

The point it, that we already have laws for this.
You find the guys setting up the site. You prove that they do. And you put them in jail.
Then you confiscate all the belongings. Including the site.

But hey, that would actually help the children. But our government apparently likes to protect the raping of children. Why else would they so strongly try to hide it, and do nothing against the raping itself?

  2. I'm from Germany, and I say: on German Parliament Enacts Internet Censorship Law · · Score: 1

Our government broke constitutional law, article 5, section 1 ("Eine Zensur findet nicht statt." = ""Censorship does not happen."), which makes them, by the rules of our constitution, a anticonstitutional, criminal organization. Does anyone with law knowledge know, how this is meant to be enforced in this case? Because, if it is constitutional to shoot them (or do anything else), I'd be the first do do so. I think there is no bigger criminal offense, than breaking such basic constitutional laws. Especially if you are the government.

The point of the difference in complexity, of setting up a Apache, and FTP server, and all that stuff, versus just using your browser.
That is the thing. Now everyone can be the other side of the net. In just a few seconds, and without learning how to do it professionally.

While I love my custom-built Gentoo root server, I can not expect my mom to do the same thing, just to send me a file. She can't even use Rapidshare and similar sites.

Especially as long as they have people like you, being their strongest believers.
You have to understand the principle of mindsets and strong realities.

A strong reality needs two sides. The one stating it. And the other, believing in it.
Which you do in such a strong way, that you really think, lobbying power will never end.

But the first step to change this situation... even before doing anything... is to start believing that this will change, and that we will change it.
If your reality is stronger, others (especially the mindless ones) will start to believe in you, instead of them.
And if this goes on with enough strength, and for long enough, it will change. Because then people will allow themselves, to think up, and get trough, with ideas that realistically work.

You can learn this in psychology.

I say: You are over 300 million people. MILLION. Against what? A hand full of ISPs? And you think you can't put a stronger lobbying force together? Are you freaking kidding me?
Half the hillbillies already follow you, when you tell them that this grassroots power is in the true philosophy of the USA. (Be sure to emphasize "USA".) ;))

The rule to avoid them fucking you up is simple: Don't use their money. At all.

I am in the process of developing an MMO. And the in-game currency will be gold-based. Meaning you can legally exchange it to other "real-world" currencies. And get gold for it.
They will not be called "credits", because a credit-based currency/economy is a major crime.
