Humans ah yes thos imperfect beings, I hate to be the one to break it to you but life isn't fair, we try our best to make it as fair as possible but it isn't. My wife was in a car accident that gives her 100-200 dollars in medical bills every month for the rest of her life, the insurance company won't pay up know why, police man forgot to file a report and our lawyer is a slimeball (many more details but those are the big ones). You know what we do, pay the bills and get on with our lives, we could decide to make a crusade out to get back our money, but life is too short. But so far the company has lost hard drives at least and servers at most, any good website has back-ups and they are back up and running in by monday.

The beautiful part about this country is that there is recourse if you're rights are violated. No I'm not saying that LP's will vote for Bush after the patriot act. What I'm saying is that reps and dems don't want the idea of restricting government the way LP's do. Dems like their environmental stuff or their social programs, while the reps are more intent on "defense" which is a balance act between rights and safety. Now casting a broad net over LP's is hard since their stance vary so much, but their core stance of government independance stands in the face of any beurocrat that is trying to get "Power" instead of trying to serve the people of America.

In that case both the dems and reps would go for a DOS cuz those libs are more for weakening government, and guess who is government.

Have been using windows for some time and have to use java because that is the way Oracle is going. We have more problems with hardware issues then with the off the shelf software , but no matter what problems we get from any of it we as software developers are supposed to anticipate it and prove that we can, within reason catch the user/machine/other devices before screwing stuff up. But most of all we go through huge testing on any small addition or change to the code base, even changing color on menus requires a 10-20 signitures (never know what else could have been added on accident).
