Rank the candidates in your order of preference.

There is your sentance. Condorcet voting indicates that you vote a preference for each possible combination, however this can be simplified to just ranking them in order because it satisfies all of the possible combinations. For example:

    Choose A over C
    Choose B over A
    Choose B over C
    Choose B over D
    Choose D over A
    Choose D over C
Is exatly the same as saying:
    1. B
    2. D
    3. A
    4. C
But ranking is easier for people to understand.

I can respect cultural differences but not forced laws that are wrong. Example. I respect muslim womens cultural choice to cover their head, if they choose. I DO NOT respect the government making it a law that they must or stoning them for not wearing them.

Respect is earned by respecting others. They don't respect peoples freedoms, why should we respect their laws?

I also do not have any problem with them selling the broadcasting rights, but the atheletes are NOT employees, the are there to compete and should be allowed to write anything they like and post their person snapshot on the web. Somehow I doubt that the olympics will be destroyed becuase a few athelete, who it is ALL about, write about their experiences.

My point is simply punnish those who abuse and actually do the annoying things like talk on a cell in a movie theater. Why do you feel the need to also punnish polite, responsible cell users just because you are too lazy to enforce your own policies.

It is only a problem in theaters because they rarely do anything about it. I have never once seen someone ejected from a movie for talking on their cell phone.

While we have a different opinion, I don't think mine makes me an idiot. How would you like it of your company removed your internet access just because one or two employees had abused it. You didn't abuse the privilage. I should hope you would rather see them punnish those who did wrong.

You simply would never know I had my cell phone with me because I use common courtesy and ensure I don't disturb others.
