    As it is with pretty much every news article. Retractions are on page 43, or a 3 second clip at 4 AM.

    How much do the new ones weigh, and would the scales used to weigh trucks (many of which are available for weighing cars) detect the difference?

    Too many variables. 1/2 gallon of gas either way would more than make up the difference.

    I know a dozen people with trucks and SUVs, none of them work on a "job site". Every one of them have a desk job.

    I have a truck. And a desk job.
    And my truck gets used, as a truck, almost every weekend. Kids, kids boyfriends, my friends, my hobby projects...

    Renting? Not an option if it will be 2-3x a month. Trailer? Licensing + a place to store it.

    My extended family has one truck. I just happen to drive it all the time.

    Iran is a ratified signatory to the Nuclear Non-Profileration Treaty, so: they certainly don't have the right to develop nuclear weapons or even nuclear facilities except with IAEA oversight.

    Exactly. And the NPT provides a mechanism for backing out. Let them declare publicly that they wish to do this, so everyone knows exactly what they are about.

    I voted for Obama based on my belief that he would make better decisions than McCain. We tend to forget that the election was not a yea or nay vote for Obama. It was a contest between two contenders.

    It was a repudiation of Bush the Lesser and the republican congress.

    There is no way Obama, or anyone else the dems put up, could have lost. BushCo screwed it up far too bad.

    The dems could have nominated a bald, pregnant, strung out Britney Spears, and the reps could have put up [NameYourFavoriteLeader of all time], and the dems would have won.
    Obama, or Hillary, or whomever was a shoe-in.

    Actually, the Hellfire has a relatively small warhead. 18-20lbs depending on model. Hitting the house 50 feet from your intended target away may well make a big difference, especially if there is a wall or two between.

    Poor planning. Unless this is the very first video of this kind, users will already have the required settings and applications on the workstation. If it is the very first, some prior planning, testing, and deployment would have been in order.

    A variant of the SillyFDC worm, agent.btz can be easily defeated by disabling the Windows 'autorun' feature (which automatically starts a program on a drive upon insertion) or by simply banning thumb drives.

    But in 2007, that wasn't the case. Autorun usually on, and thumb drives not banned. The Air Force SDC (Standard Desktop Configuration) and the follow-on FDCC (Federal Desktop Core Configuration) ended that.

    Free health care can exist. If you get health care and no bill, it's free. Just like you go to the bar and order a beer and they give you peanuts for "free." There's no charge for them.

    Just because you get no itemized bill as you walk out of the hospital does not mean 'free' (gratis/no charge).

    Does the doctor get money every week? Yes
    Who provides that money? The government (in the case of 'free healthcare')
    Where does the government get its money? From you (assuming you pay taxes to said government)

    As I said way up there somewhere...merely a different line item on your paystub.

    It may well be cheaper/easier/faster overall. But 'free' it is not.

    And the money to build and run hospitals and clinics comes from ...X
    The monet to pay doctors/nurses comes from...X

    X gets its money from....you.
    Or, we've actually found that end of the rainbow pot.
