Remember, the first moon missions took place without the use of CAD.

That's hard to believe, isn't it?

Nowadays, *everything* is designed with CAD, so energetic and naive young people that have experimented with computer-aided software think, "That's easy!" and then...

Reminds me of Sir Robin at the Bridge of Death.

Not the "RIGHT NOW" currently associated with having to implement climate change mitigation that will avoid killing the planet in 2032 (or is it 2302).

I predict that none of the down-modders will have ever done critical work in theory or in the field. The best "arguers" will be just that; people trained in debating and politics.

The more important question is: is it better to flush the toilet with the lid closed or with it open? I'm thinking about the quantity of residual feces and urine deposited on my toothbrush.

In theory, keeping the lid closed may cause an increased air suction effect into the bowl and, as a result, increased atomization of liquid-agitated turds into the bathroom environment as it shoots out from the smaller openings created between the lid and the porcelain.

Anything that results in less shit in my mouth is OK with me.

I'm one of those allergic people people you hear about every now and then - I adapt to my surroundings, not expecting others to accommodate me. My opinion is that people have gone overboard regarding germs and allergies.

(I was one of those kids that had never-ending allergy tests and shots back in the 60s and 70s, I'm still here. Feel free to ask me questions)
