I don't know what in hell you are talking about and apparently neither do you. There is no requirement for any info whatsoever to get security updates. I hit the apple in the top corner of the screen, scroll down to software update, it shows the updates and I hit go and it goes. My computer asks for my administrator login/password. That's pretty much it, a lot like updating my linux box. I get the idea you've never used an apple computer.

I hear what you are saying but the administration made it sound like the Supreme Court didn't have jurisdiction, not that it wasn't appropriate. I'm sure if the Supreme Court chooses to hear the case it can. If anyone has overstepped their bounds it's been the executive branch of the last two presidencies.

Don't read too much into it. I just grabbed Nixon's name because he was the only President to resign. Obama may be liberal but I don't think he's crooked. He uses the government to rob people which is entirely legal.

Actually they exceeded even the minor limitations of the Patriot Act. They lied to Congress about what they were doing as well which is a felony. It seems that if you have enough power the law doesn't apply to you nowadays. If Nixon were president today he wouldn't need to resign.

I can argue that the average life expectancy is more a matter of lifestyle than health care. A lot of Americans, myself included, are obese. We live a sedentary lifestyle with food that's bad for us. We're victims of high living.

There are a lot of things wrong with the health care system in the US. It needed help and reworking. What it got was a cluster fuck. It went from bad to worse. So many special interest groups were involved in this messed up legislation and it got so twisted that even Pelosi didn't know what all was in it. The obscene rush to get it out at any cost left us with an expensive mess that will probably take decades to fix if it ever can be.

I want some real teeth put in the assistance programs to handle fraud. Until that happens these programs are doomed. There isn't enough money for everyone no matter what you do. We have to limit it to the truly needy and that isn't happening. In the last 6 years the number of people leaching the government has grown enormously. If some hard choices aren't made there wont be any way to help anyone in a decade or maybe less. What's going to happen when the money isn't there to write the checks?
