When a country with lower living standards and almost inexistant social welfare takes jobs from us, it is basically exploiting it's slave-type population to DUMP the difference in labor costs on to us !
The west needs leaders with a real vision, not the fat pigs who are gorging themselves at the expense of the rest of us, while saying: "oh, you should just adapt !" Meaning : get poorer or die in the street.
Of course we can't compete with the emerging
third-world masses on wages.
These irresponsible breeders keep pumping out
kids that grow up to despair so much that
the only recourse is to take on a slave-wage or
die trying to get in to the richer countries,
where they will be exploited again, but not
so much as before (and drag down local wages, therefore exporting their misery).
It's quite strange to see that the US can put up
tariffs for steel but not for IT services...
No unions for geeks I suppose.
No unity, no common voice, so most get
shafted.
The real problem of this sick planet is greed.
The Fat Pigs that control most of the capitalist
system (admirable in many ways) are not
interested in long-term responsibility.
They are there to fill their pockets and
"after me, the deluge, for all I care".
It's this selfish attitude that is destroying
the hopes and aspirations of millions of young
and not-so-young people today.
"oh, we know." they will say, but do nothing
because it is not in their interest.
They are just too many of us on this planet
and it's only getting worse.
Too many people + rich getting richer + middle classes getting poorer = WAR.
Whether it's only an economic war remains to be seen.
Oh, and to employers moaning about state charges
being too high, I don't hear you complaining
about the way having lots of unemployed around allows you to drag down wages and standards of living of those you employ !
I like the way you avoid mentioning that the workplace is another place where power struggles go on.
Why would you? As I imagine you are a manager it would not be in your interest to mention it because you probably exercise that very power over other people. Maybe rightly so because you are more clever or better educated.
I am simply reminding the slaves underneath you to watch out because power corrupts. And in a power struggle between you and some body you can fire at a near whim on your part it is not exactly an equal fight is it ?
You may be a good person, but experience dictates caution and suspicion for the more vulnerable people. Success of the people under you is very basic manager duty and should be obvious to all except the crassest retard.
I feel sorry for you for the way you rate success as the rank you get to in a hierarchy (and of course the money that comes with it) instead of just the plain old pursuit of happiness.
As for my own success, I've moved on from manning the phones to a highly paid consulting job in under 7 years so I think I'm already there, thanks.
